Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Supply Chain team, having 5 direct reports and circa 25 team members
• Prepare and execute Supply Chain strategy, follow the agreed Key Performance indicators and activate corrective actions where necessary
• Drive customer collaboration and cost-to-serve projects
• Participate on products´ new development projects (Life Cycle process) and portfolio optimization
• Lead local S&OP process and its continuous improvement
• Manage budget for logistics and distribution effectively, run regular tenders and develop/maintain the relationship with selected 3rd Logistics Party
• Develop with Supply Chain team the procurement/DRP area and Customer Service area
• Develop collaboration between Supply Chain team and other departments in organization
• Secure process for high quality master data in organization´s system
• Focus on high quality of demand management process leading to effective stock management
• Minimize Excess and Obsolete inventory, minimize inventory level in respect to high quality customer service
• Lead Quality process within local organization including agred actions follow up
• Ensure safe, healthy and respectful work environment, in line with the organization culture and values
• Continuously bring improvements in all areas of responsibility
• Other tasks appointed by direct manager

Expectations:

• Min 3 years experience from the same position, preferably in an international environment
• Experience from a production would be an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Computer skills – MS Office (Outlook, Work, Excel)
• Strong English knowledge – communication with the senior leadership abroad
• Busines and customenrs oriented
• Team player, open and flexible to changes
• Excellent planning and excution capabilities
• Great team leader with a passion and commitment towards the best interest of the company
