A growing, important manufacturer of rolling stock with international scope is looking for employees to strengthen its team. To whom we will offer stability, security and a lot of interesting benefits.

Whaht will you do:

Manage procurement activities in new tenders of our company, manufacturing and production of Rolling stock (e.g. trams, trains, etc)
Provide and calculate material cost for sales tenders and internal deveolpment projects
Proactive manage and conduct RfQ for selected commodities in close alignment with Commodity Managers
Set-up and update calculation procedures as well as data for all purchased products/services
Timely escalate to the relevant departments in case of non-compliance with the tender schedule
Hand over of tender activities to the Project Procurement in case of won tenders
Create, maintain and improve data quality, availabilty and processes
Manage and observe the pipeline of projects to insure data availability
Develop, set up and maintain material cost database and data analytics for tender and ongoing projects in cooperation with the Procurement‘s Business Intelligence team
Establish a process with Bid Engineering to smoothen new tender specification preparation process
Conduct process definition and interface optimization within Sourcing, Engineering, Sales, Controlling and with any other departments to ensure smooth data transfer

Váš profil

What we need from you:

Minimum 3-5 years of work experience
Diploma higher education (bachelor or master)
Technical background preferable (either education or work experience)
Knowledge of railway industry (or machine engineering), knowledge of project procurement
Understanding typical BOM for production (of rolling stock)
Very good level of analytical skills and data management experience
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently/ good level of self-organization and priority identification
Result-orientation
English at least B1 level, knowledge Czech language - advantage but not a must
MSExcel (expert level)
