We did not choose to paraphrase a quote from one of the best rugby players of all time captain of All Blacks, Richie McCaw by accident.

 

In life and in business, we profess not only the same credo, but also the values ​​of sport, to which one of the partners of HR PROfi, Tomáš Ripcsik, has been devoted for more than thirty years. We also apply integrity, teamwork, respect, joy, discipline, fairness and professionalism in the search for suitable candidates in the areas of TOP management, management and key specialists.

 

And just as rugby creates lifelong friendships, our goal is to build long-term business partnerships with both clients and candidates.

Our story HR PROfi

HR PROfi was founded at the beginning of 2016 by Tomáš in cooperation with Petr, who at that time was still working on the development and management of several other HR projects, but since the end of 2019 HR PROfi has been fully engaged and forms a balanced tandem with Tomáš in which he focuses mainly on trade and contact with clients, while Petr is primarily behind the organization and building of the structure of the brand.

 

Tomáš and Petr are connected by experience from smaller and corporate HR companies. It was this experience that led them to the idea of ​​coming up with

another non-traditional model of HR partner for clients and candidates, which consists mainly in the quality of the business relationships with both clients and candidates, whom HR PROfi helps to conclude important long-term career partnerships.

 

Before founding HR PROfi, Tomáš Ripcsik worked for many years in the field of HR as a consultant, business developer and project manager. He set himself in HR PROfi brand by not only his work background and temperament but also by the values ​​of the sport that accompanied him from an early age - rugby.

 

“I also use my experience and habits from rugby in my work. All my life I have played a scrum-half, a position that requires extraordinary communicativeness and agility. I also use these skills in business and negotiation - I act as a link between robust corporations and more subtle candidates,” explains Tomáš Ripcsik, smiling adding that the oval shape of a rugby ball can also be found in the HR PROfi logo.

 

Petr Janák combined his entire professional life with HR. After graduating from the Faculty of Economics in Prague, he went through one company from scratch to the very top, from HR specialist to the position of CEO.

 

"I remember my first meeting with Tomáš very well. It rarely happens to me that I fall into love with someone like that. At first, we met at work and we always ended up debating how to do our job differently, better and more innovatively. Later, we became friends and eventually partners in HR PROfi,” recalls Petr Janák and emphasizes that this is an ideal symbiosis.
